REBEL SYNDICATE partners with Printful, a global print-on-demand and fulfillment network, to produce and ship every order directly to you. Here is everything you need to know.
WHERE YOUR ORDER IS MADE
Your products are created on-demand at Printful fulfillment centers located across the United States, Canada, Europe, Mexico, Australia, and Japan. The specific facility used depends on your location and product type — we always route your order to the closest warehouse for the fastest delivery.
PRODUCTION TIMES
All items are made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days for apparel, 2–7 business days for accessories and footwear, and up to 7 business days for special or embroidered items.
SHIPPING TIMES
Domestic (US): 3–7 business days after production. International: 7–21 business days after production. Carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and regional partners depending on your country.
TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account at any time to check order status. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order ships.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages from different fulfillment centers. You will receive individual tracking emails for each shipment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. These fees are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we will replace it free of charge. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
